Kindergarten Registration for 2010

AARON DECKER SCHOOL WILL BE HOLDING KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:
- TUESDAY, MARCH 9,
- THURSDAY, MARCH 11,
- TUESDAY, MARCH 16.
THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRANCE TO KIINDERGARTEN:
- A CHILD MUST BE 5 YEARS OF AGE BY OCTOBER 1, 2010. A BIRTH CERTIFICATE or acceptable Proof of Age must be submitted on the day of Registration.)
- Proof of Residency, i.e., Rental contract, lease agreement, tax bill or contract on a new home.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
- 4 doses of Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis – DTP (plus booster before entering Kindergarten)
- 3 doses of Polio Vaccine -DIPHTHERIA (plus Booster before entering Kindergarten)
- 2 doses of Measles, Mumps, Rubella – MMR
- 1-3 doses of Haemophilus Influenza B (HIB)
- All students will need 3 doses of Hepatitis B and 1 dose of Varicella
